Cancellation conditions
Cancellations of fixed private lessons must be made known 48 hours before the start of the lesson at the very earliest. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount. In case of illness, submission of a written medical report means a full refund will be issued, minus a processing fee of €20. No refunds can be issued without submission of a doctor’s report.
Goodwill in the case of private lessons for children: Services provided are refunded in the form of vouchers if the option for rebooking the course cannot be used and the cancellation is within 5 minutes of the start of the lesson.
General information regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations due to the weather are not permissible under any circumstances. Lessons take place in all weather conditions. Only a weather-related failure of the lifts results in cancellation of course units and is accepted for requesting payment of the course fees in the form of aliquot refunds.
Ski school lift passes and lift tickets that have already been paid for are not refunded if the course is terminated.
A group course can be cancelled by the ski school if there are too few participants. Cancellations will be announced 48 hours before the start of the course at the latest. If it is not possible to change the dates then the full total of all services reserved will be refunded via the original means of payment.
