Online reservation of winter sports equipment

Cancellations are possible up until 4pm one day beforehand free of charge. Please confirm the cancellation with a response email to your reservation email. Cancellations by phone are not possible.

Later cancellations cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.

If you want to cancel parts of your booking, please cancel the entire booking and start a new booking for the needed material.

Reservations that are NOT COLLECTED without stating a reason are billed for the full hire charge.

• Skis, snowboards etc can be picked up in our rental store.
• Shoes can be changed indoors.

We offer ski and snowboard insurance (it's optionally):

Insurance Coverage:

• theft
• breakage/cracks/material damage
• No insurance deductible needs to be paid in above cases.

In case of theft or assumption of theft, the insurce only holds up with a provided filed police report.

Intentional damage and obvious self-inflicted damages are excluded from insurance.

 Helmets or other material can not be insured.

Deductible if you do not have insurance but a case of theft or damage:

Adult Skis: € 400,-

Kids Skis: € 200,-

Snowboard: € 400,-
